Don Riling
Don began his leadership training background as International Projects Director for Messenger International, a worldwide service and relief organization based in San Jose, California. Under his leadership, MI mobilized 14,000 workers to 22 countries over a 15-year period.
Since then, Don has studied and practiced leadership development with executive leaders in multiple industries for over 40 years.
Today, Don focuses his energy on strategic leadership development for companies and associations, including executive coaching with senior leaders, enabling them to strengthen their skills, vision, and long-term strategic development for their organizations.
